Yes. You can easily cancel or reschedule your bus ticket online on ATR Yatra before the travel departure time.
  • Cancellation: Go to My Bookings, select your trip, and choose the specific seats you want to cancel. Deselected seats remain confirmed and valid.
  • Rescheduling: Click "Reschedule" on your upcoming booking to select a new journey date and pick your desired seats directly online.

After successful cancellation, the refund is processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Islander Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport) matching the passenger name printed on the e-ticket.

The journey along the Andaman Trunk Road (ATR) typically takes approximately 10 to 12 hours, passing through Baratang, Rangat, and Mayabunder, depending on road conditions, convoy timings, and vehicle ferry crossings at Middle Strait and Uttara Jetty.
